What should I know about the use of X-ray skeletal survey in myeloma? I personally, I mean, if you don't have access to anything else, and I mean, we have written new guidelines and people from some countries just said, hey, we don't have access to PET CT or CT. But if there's access to something better than X-ray, X-ray should be a thing of the past. Only if nothing else is available, X-ray should be the choice.
