Description

At EHA 2026, Dr. Sagar Lonial presented updated results from a first-in-human Phase 1 study of cemsidomide (CFT7455), a novel oral cereblon-based IKZF1/IKZF3 degrader designed to overcome resistance seen with older immunomodulatory drugs (IMiDs). The study explored cemsidomide plus dexamethasone in heavily pretreated relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma patients, including many previously exposed to CAR-T and bispecific antibodies.
