Hi, my name is Nathan Sweeney and we're presenting an abstract here at ASH. The abstract is in regard to more and more data coming out to do quad therapy as an induction therapy. And so we wanted to look at that and see if adding a fourth drug increases the side effects and the severities. So we looked at all induction therapies and we found that the most common induction therapy for quad therapy was daratumumab with RVD or daratumumab with KRD. The most common tri induction therapies were RVD, CyborgD, and KRD. The interesting thing that we found was that there was no difference between quad and tri therapy with one exception. There was a difference in chemo brain that was found in patients that were on quad therapy, which was also interesting is that the severity was there was no difference. However, it is interesting to note that the highest reported severity was pain, but there was no difference between whether you're on tri or quad therapy. So we found those findings very interesting, which is why we put together this abstract and we look forward to presenting it.
