Good morning, my name is Juan Jose Garces. I'm coming from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for New York. But in this ask, I'm presenting on behalf of the Spanish group. We and others have demonstrated that creating two more cells has prognostic value itself for predicting patients that are going to respond worse. There are some patients that have detectable multiple myeloma, small myeloma or active multiple myeloma, but they don't present secreting two more cells. That was something unexpected for us and we decided to explain a bit better what are the characteristics of these patients. We analyzed by next generation flow cytometry almost one thousand patients comprising all the diseases, gas, smoldering, neurodiagnosis and patients that don't respond well relapse and refractory multiple myeloma patients. And we saw that patients with undetectable CTCs tend to have a better survival and when comparing the abscino CTCs with other clinical variables with proven value, the abscino CTCs has a good prognostic value. More importantly, the clinical aspects of these patients were similar to those with macrophocal disease. That means that those patients without CTCs tended to have less anemia and moreover they presented a higher incidence for chelation on plasma cytomas as well as a reduced pulmonary infiltration. That means that these patients are resembling in some way, as I said, the patients with macrophocal disease and present very good outcomes in comparison with patients with CTCs. We also saw that these patients tend to have less frequent amplification of VanQ or the Lycian 1P that is also a good prognostic value.
