How are IMiDs and CELMoDs being explored in combination with CAR T-cell therapy?

How are imids and cell mods being explored in combo with CAR T cell therapy? Imids and cell mods have the effect that they activate T cells and we know that T cells contribute to anti-tumor immunology and so the next step that is being studied right now is how these imids or cell mods can impact the efficacy of CAR T because obviously in CAR T what you're doing is treating patients with genetically modified T cells and I know that there are studies ongoing that are specifically looking at treating patients post-CAR T with imids or cell mods because these agents are oral agents so it's generally relatively easy to include them in a treatment regimen and we are studying whether or not this improves the efficacy and sort of the functionality of CAR T cells after you infuse them.
