[Music] what steroids are used in myeloma and why so steroids are drugs that we love and hate at the same time the fact of the matter is is that they make all of our therapies work better when Revlimid was studied as a single drug it was less effective than when combined with weekly steroid the same is true for Velcade as produce some inhibitor and car filling of as a proteasome inhibitor and so the drugs are effective they're effective on their own the steroids the dexamethasone and they add efficacy to other combination drugs so I think we're Wed to them at this point anyway [Music]
