[Music] What does it mean for a clinical trial to be randomized? What that means is that, again, to have pure data, you don't want to be able to select what the patient's getting biases, the results. And so a patient will enroll upon a trial. And again, it'll be a phase three trial. That's the one where you get randomized and half the patients usually will go onto standard of care and half will go onto experimental. But I don't get to pick as the investigator and the patient doesn't get to pick. It's just there's a central center that generates a random number and that's how you get that's how you get assigned. So randomized clinical trials are basically you're taking in myeloma. Specifically what you're doing is you're taking the standard of care and then you're taking the standard of care plus another drug. So patients will, if they're enrolled in a randomized study, will be put on one of two arms, either the standard of care arm or the experimental arm.[Music]
