How persistent is the vaccine and are booster shots needed?

What the vaccination series would look like for myeloma patients? Would it be a yearly vaccine? Would they require boosters like we do for hepatitis B for certain NARVA patients? The fact is there is a lot of work that is being done. However, there are no guidelines out there because we are still understanding not only the immune responses but the needs for the booster and also if the ingredients of the vaccine need to be changed based on the variants that will be circulating. So the question becomes would this become a yearly vaccine? It might. Don't know the answer to that yet. Would we require booster? The answer is it might but we do not know the real answer to that just quite yet. So there is a lot of work that has been done which is amazing and fascinating to me but I do believe you will have answers to all of these questions.
