CAR‑T Clinical Trials Test Treatment as an Earlier Option

Clinical trials are now studying CAR T-cell therapy as an earlier treatment. For example, the CAR-PRISM study is assessing the use of CAR‑T soon after initial treatments or during high‑risk smoldering myeloma.
