Today, she continues to extend her hand as a myeloma coach, mentor angel, and the guiding force behind the Black Myeloma Health Community. Jackie and Rick McFarlin
Rick and Jackie McFarlin have been married for thirty-five years. They have two adult sons and live in Southern California. Jackie was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in July 2017 right after celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. After induction therapy of (RVD) Revlimid, Velcade & Dex she achieved remission and scheduled her SCT. April 27, 2018, is her SCT birthdate. Her husband Rick is a retired Army veteran and has recently retired from BNSF Railway. He has been Jackie's caregiver from the very beginning.
