New Year, New Plate – Healthy Eating for Myeloma Patients and Partners
The HealthTree Pacific Region Myeloma Community, formerly the SoCal Myeloma Community Chapter, welcomes Kailey Proctor, MPH, RDN, CSO, board certified oncology dietician at City of Hope Orange County, to share research-based insights on healthy eating for patients with multiple myeloma. Whether we are overeating due to steroids or stress, or undereating due to digestive issues, treatment or stress, multiple myeloma can wreak havoc with patients’ and care partners’ healthy eating goals. This session will provide practical tips and address our nutrition questions and concerns. Join us as we start the year off together on a healthier eating path. In addition to our expert speaker, please join us to learn about exciting HealthTree 2.0 strategies and our plans for the Pacific Region Myeloma Community. Your input will be greatly valued as we continue to build this community together.
