What are Multiple Myeloma Support Options? image

Often, a myeloma diagnosis can leave both the patient and their loved ones feeling overwhelmed. Myeloma is rarely, if ever, expected, and the abundance of doctor visits, medications, financial costs, and other needs can leave people in the myeloma community feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, scared, and alone.

Our purpose at the HealthTree Foundation for Multiple Myeloma is to help with those feelings of overwhelm, frustration, and loneliness. We work hard to create support options for you to navigate myeloma education, financial support, finding a specialist that fits your needs, understanding your medications and their side effects, and much more.

Below I have listed some of the support options that we offer at the HealthTree Foundation that can help you along your myeloma journey, no matter if you or your loved one received the diagnosis yesterday or over a decade ago.

All of our programs and apps are completely free and will never require a payment. These are for your benefit!

You can also call or text our Patient Support team using the number +1 800 709 1113, or you can email support@healthtree.org if you are looking for specific support.

Newly Diagnosed Myeloma Support Options

Please note, if you don't already have a HealthTree Cure Hub account and are trying to access the Cure Hub Patient Portal and its many resources, our system will prompt you to take a short onboarding so that we can have some basic information before getting started. It's about 5 questions and will not take long!

Stem Cell Transplant Support Options for Myeloma Patients

Relapsed/Refractory Myeloma Support Options

Support Options for Multiple Myeloma Patients of Any Stage

Truly, any of the resources mentioned above are for any and all multiple myeloma patients and caregivers. Feel free to investigate any and all of them to see if they can help improve your myeloma journey.

Financial Support Options for the Myeloma Community

Remember, not all of these resources should be viewed right away, as this may cause overwhelm for those seeking assistance. Take it at your own pace, tackle the resources that feel of the highest priority to you, and make time to investigate the rest.

Though I mentioned many myeloma resources above, there are even more that I didn't share at this time. Feel free to navigate our website and discover other resources for yourself and your loved ones here: HealthTree Multiple Myeloma Site

We are always here to support you and encourage you along this multiple myeloma journey!
