March is Multiple Myeloma Awareness Month. This month, HealthTree is highlighting innovation in research that is changing the course of diagnosis, treatment, and survival for people living with multiple myeloma.

All month long, HealthTree Foundation will host webinars, share patient stories, information about emerging research, and tools and resources we have developed to help as you navigate living with myeloma.

Gather Community: Virtual connection with other myeloma patients

Each month, HealthTree hosts a virtual webinar called the Gather Community Event. During this hour, people with myeloma and their caregivers come together to support each other by sharing their experiences and perspectives.

In March, we will host 3 Gather Community Events. These virtual gatherings are not recorded, so if you would like to participate in the conversation, join the live session.

Expert-led educational webinars

All March, HealthTree will be hosting a series of educational webinars with leading myeloma experts. Attend a live session or watch the recording afterward.

These interactive webinars are a great opportunity to ask questions and hear from experts.

Research innovation is changing the landscape for myeloma care

Emerging therapies continue to change the treatment landscape for myeloma. New and improved precision therapies are helping people live longer, healthier lives. Patient involvement is important to shaping inclusive clinical research. Ongoing clinical trials are evaluating new therapies that may improve outcomes and extend remission. Connect with others navigating myeloma

A myeloma diagnosis can cause feelings of overwhelm and uncertainty. Knowing what to expect and how to find support can make a significant difference in your quality of life. Sharing insights and experience with blood cancer leads to a deeper understanding of the patient experience, improved treatments, earlier diagnoses, and a better understanding of how the disease affects different people.
