What are the most common symptoms of myelofibrosis and what causes them? So probably the most common symptom is fatigue. It's usually listed in most studies as the most prevalent and the most severe, but it really can be a myriad of symptoms between fatigue, night sweats, weight loss, bone pain, itching, spleen-related complaints like early satiety or discomfort, bloating, bowel irregularities. There's definitely not one uniform way that patients present and behave.
