IVIG
Has anyone had IVIG therapy? My Dr is considering putting me on it. He said if he did because of low counts I would do it monthly for life. If you are doing this how is it going? Thanks

Starting treatment
I just started treatment with the 4 drug regime yesterday. The headache afterwords was tremendous. I read on a post Benadryl was helpful. Anyone else with this experience?

Fast-Pro Darzalex, delayed side-effects.
Just checking to see if anybody has the same side-effect rhythm that I do with the Fast-Pro. I get the shot the last Thursday of the month. Thursday I feel fine. Friday I feel okay. By Friday evening I feel a little funky. Saturday morning I feel like a can of busted biscuits, headache, fatigue. Sunday the same. By Monday I am back to my normal self. (as normal as anyone on chemo can be). Does anyone else have this delayed reaction.

New Trial for Advanced Myeloma with Prior Treatments
A new Phase 2 clinical trial, DOMMINO-1, is now recruiting people living with advanced multiple myeloma who have already received several prior treatments. This study is evaluating inobrodib in combination with pomalidomide and dexamethasone to better understand how this approach may work for patients whose disease has become more difficult to treat. Learn more about participation and see if this study could be an option for you: https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07096778 clinical@cellcentric.com +44 1799 531130

Post CAR-T cell transplant experience
I am 4 months into my CAR-T cell transplant experience and have lost my sense of taste. Has anyone else had this happen? How long does it last?

Isatuximab (Sarclisa) biweekly or monthly?
I'm on maintenance therapy with lenalidomide and isatuximab, 1 year after asct. There is possibility of switching from isatuximab biweekly to monthly. Any of you have done that? Is it as effective? How long you have been on monthly?
