Hi there! Recently diagnosed so I don't even have all my results, risk factors, etc. yet. Sitting down with the specialist next week to design my treatment plan, so it's all very new and not a little scary. The only symptom I have is the anemia/fatigue. The rest of CRAB is normal/negative. We're also trying to sell our primary home and our rental property (in progress well before we know anything was amiss) and I just started a new job 6 days after diagnosis. So the stress needle is all the way to the right. Is there a way to differentiate the stress fatigue from the symptomatic fatigue? Other than caffeine-loading, what are some good tips, techniques, lies for mitigating the symptomatic fatigue? Thanks. Tj Scotts Valley, CA

Hi everyone. How long you waited after autologous transplant you waited to drop wearing n95 masks in small groups? My family currently wears masks anytime we encounter people outside of the home. I was very careful even before this with cleanliness and mask wearing at large events so I can be a bit extreme. Trying to get some sense of reality. Thank you.

Hello! I had Abecma CAR T November 2023. From looking at other people’s posts here, maybe I shouldn’t panic about these oddball issues occurring throughout the last 4 months. Examples: continuous low red blood and platelet counts, which I know are common but had to have another biopsy anyway. Also, a couple weeks ago, after the biopsy, I took a tiny mild tumble that turned into agonizing muscle pain, especially neck/head, that hasn't completely resolved yet. And now wonky kidney numbers, and low fever. It looks like I’m not the only one with these types of after-effects. The doctors don’t really give a lot of warning of various issues down the road.

Question for those who underwent SCT, what was your M-Spike and light chains before the transplant? I have high risk MM and my numbers are plateauing. My Kappas is at 173 mg/L and M-protein is at 0.7 g/dL. Thank you!
