Hello, my name is Amit Agarwal. I'm the Chief Medical Officer of Hematology at B1 Medicines. It's a great pleasure to share a little bit of an update on results from Sikoya, which is our frontline CLL study. CLL, as many of you know, is an indolent disease where it is very important to see what happens with these patients over a long period of time. In that particular setting, what we're showing here at this particular meeting is that results are from a six-year follow-up. So what we see is that the efficacy results for Xanabrutab or Burkina continue to show very promising results. This is across all important subgroups in these patients. The safety profile continues to look very favorable as well. And overall, we are very excited about these results. Again, these are particularly important because in this context of CLL, short-term follow-up is really not sufficient to know how to treat these patients because it's important to know what sort of treatments that they can receive after their first line of treatment. And so again, another important piece of update here is our PFS2 number where we are also showing what happens to these patients on their next treatments. And again, very excited about these results. If our videos have helped you in any way, and you're able to, please consider making a donation to help us continue this important work. Your gift will go three times as far when we reach $500,000 by the end of the year. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference. And we're deeply grateful for your support.
