Which treatments are given in the hospital and which are given in a clinic? So currently for the AML paradigm, many times patients get what is called induction chemo, which is sort of your first line high dose chemo. That's always done in the hospital, which typically requires around a one month hospital stay. Although even with that, we are trying to see if there are subgroups of patients. We may be able to do more of it as an outpatient. Potentially the week of therapy especially we may be able to do as an outpatient. There's actually trials looking to see if we can safely do it. The challenge is as many patients will have fevers or infectious complications within a high transfusion burden, which is the reason to be in the hospital. But we're trying to get more and more to the outpatient paradigm. The non-intensive therapies such as HMA, Venetoclax, and other combinations can be done all as an outpatient. But it's not that it's just easy. There's probably up to 50% chance that they may be admitted, although ideally for a short time during that first month. And then that goes down over time assuming that they're having good response to therapy.
