Is fertility a discussion most AML specialists would have with patients? If the patient is being treated at an AML center where it's a tertiary center where a lot of leukemia patient specialists are, usually this is part of the conversation. We have a whole team of, a dedicated team of reproductive endocrinologists, fertility preservation options that are already part of the group that is incorporated into the leukemia program. So most of the big centers and the AML experts will discuss this with the patient, but it's possible if you're in a rural place or not in a tertiary academic center, they do not have the means to do fertility preservation. So that's where maybe this might get lost in the heat of the moment where you're just trying to get somebody better and they have leukemia.
