How is the success of treatment determined? For AML, it has to be determined by a bone marrow biopsy. So we have an idea based on blood counts sometimes. If blood counts normalize, we get closer to normal. We're certainly hopeful that patient is in remission, but it's a lot of bone marrow biopsy. So for example, for those patients that are getting 7 and 3, getting induction, at the end we do bone marrow biopsy to confirm remission. We do it again at the end of consolidation. And these days, all of these bone marrow biopsies also involve deeper testing, looking at these molecular markers. And so what we want to see is these molecular markers also disappearing, and that's considered full remission.
