Most of the times they may have fatigue if they have low red cells and if they have low white cell count they may have infection. That's how it might be diagnosed. So it presents with low blood counts and when they present, you know, like they may have fever or fatigue most of the times and the lab abnormalities as I said, low blood counts, low red cell count, low white cell count or low platelet count and then they may have some when they have a bone marrow biopsy they may have, you know, like dysplasia or abnormal cells in the bone marrow and then some chromosomal abnormalities like 5Q minus or, you know, a deletion of 5Q, 5 chromosome that is, you know, common, one of the common abnormalities in MDS. So either some chromosomal abnormalities or some mutations that are commonly associated with MDS also we're doing more often and that is how we are diagnosing.
