What AML mutations benefit from targeted therapy? So currently targeted therapy for AML consists of a couple of drugs specific for mutations, FLIT3 inhibitors. We have one FLIT3 inhibitor approved Midastorin for upfront therapy and another one, GILT-RIT-Nib, approved for relapse and refractory disease. We have two inhibitors of IDH1 and IDH2 mutations which are Ivositinib and Anasitinib respectively.
