What do I need to do in order to be best prepared for treatment? That's a tough one. I think one they need is ideally a good support system. So having a friend, a family member, anybody that can be there listening. I think a lot of times, especially when they have a consult at an academic center for rare diseases like this, there may be a lot of misinformation or maybe very minimal information. We try to kind of comprehensively go over these things, but I mean, having somebody there can be helpful. I also think having access to good and reliable online resources, such as with your group and with others, I think is really important. We try to point our patients to these so that they can have more time after the appointment as well. And it's really a process of learning. They're not going to understand and appreciate everything. I think we try to look at what's the major goal of the patient, what's the major goals that together we have sort of next steps and we just take it one day at a time.
