What are the major

targets for AML immunotherapy?

Traditionally, immunotherapies
have really gone after

these targets called checkpoints,
which really try

to prevent the immune system
from going too active.

And cancer cells are able to evade
the immune system by down-regulating this.

And so our current immunotherapies
really try to harness

that to encourage the immune system
to clear cancer more effectively.

Other targets are out there
to try to also allow the immune system

to target leukemia cells, and many new

targets are on the horizon,
which can be utilized

to try to improve the response rates
of immunotherapy in AML.
