What prophylactic medications should I consider using? As far as prophylactic medications, two main domains. One domain is our prophylactic medications to help prevent infections. And it is common to use three different classes of anti-infection medications, those to prevent viruses, those to prevent bacteria, and those to prevent fungal infections. And so three different types of medications that you may be put on depending on the specific situation. They're not always used. It depends to some degree on patient-related factors, to some degree on the treatment that you might be receiving. But the first class are things to prevent infection. The second class are things to prevent symptoms of the treatment or symptoms that may be related to the AML itself. And the main drugs there are medicines that can help prevent nausea, other stomach side effects like diarrhea, constipation, also things like pain. AML typically is not a painful disease, but it can present sometimes with bone pain. And so we sometimes will give certain kinds of pain medications.
