Are there clinical trials available at every stage of AML? Yes there are. So generally speaking for newly diagnosed patients, the kind of scheme of the clinical trials takes our sort of best therapy and may add a new drug to this to try to improve upon that treatment. In relapsed disease we're more willing to look at brand new drugs and this goes from everything from phase one trials to phase three trials. A phase one trial is typically a first in human trial where we're looking for the best dose to give. Phase two trials take that dose and treat a group of similar patients looking for how well it works. And then the phase three trial, which is sort of the final step in approving a new drug, is where we take that new drug or that new treatment and compare it in a randomized fashion to the best standard treatment. And if that new treatment appears to be better, then the drug is approved.
