How do you distinguish between a diagnosis of MDS and AML? It is based on the bone marrow biopsy. And if patient has, you know, it's very arbitrary. 20% blast is considered as MDS. If they have more than 20% blast, it is leukemia. If they have less than 20%, you know, then it is MDS. So it's a continuous spectrum of disease, especially the high-risk MDS. You know, like 10 to 19% blast is MDS, but more than 20% is leukemia. So that is the current WHO, based on the current WHO classification.
