What type of treatments for AML specifically affect fertility? Like I said before, there's two phases of the chemo therapy. The first is the induction chemotherapy, which is generally traditionally what we call seven and three are a combination of two drugs together. That tends to affect fertility not so much. It's the part of the transplant. So in transplant, what ends up happening is patients get chemotherapy to wipe out all stem cells in the bone marrow. So that is a very aggressive chemotherapy and it usually kills any follicles or ovarian tissue. So that's the part that gives you high risk for infertility. For patients who don't need a transplant and they're being treated with chemotherapy, usually they tend to retain their fertility, it is possible that these women stop menstruating during chemotherapy and we give medications to protect the ovaries so that the follicles are not in active state of dividing. But after some time post chemotherapy, the menstrual cycles resume and the fertility resumes. But if they're going into transplant, the risk of fertility is quite low. It's almost all patients who are post transplant are not fertile.
