In addition to an AML specialist, what other health care providers should I consider having as a part of my health care team? So AML treatment takes several doctors together and everybody's piece is important in the overall goal of cure and good mental and physical health. Other than an AML doctor, there should be a transplant doctor that involved with the care even if the decision is to not transplant in the end, that decision has to be made by a team with AML doctor and a transplant doctor. So a transplant doctor is important. The other thing is, we've discussed this before, fertility is important for younger patients with leukemia. So there's always a fertility expert or a reproductive endocrinologist that is part of the team as well in understanding. For very young patients, we have doctors that actually specialize in long-term health consequences after leukemia treatment. So there's usually somebody that's involved and talks to patients about it as well. Social workers, physical therapists, which are important to get both mental and physical strength throughout the treatment, it's important. And also good access to an ICU. To have a good ICU is important as well. Although we hope and never call ICU doctors on any of our patients, it is true that patients who are getting chemotherapy can get very sick and they have to go to the ICU. So just to know that there is a good ICU unit that is attached to the leukemia program is obviously important. And I would say mental health is important. We sometimes have to call in psychiatry, but most patients, this is situational depression or situational anxiety. So having a group of people talk to each other, having programs in the center where we sometimes have these social groups, Tai Chi classes or Tuesday Ts, things that improve morale where there's a group of people come together with a social worker or a psychologist is important too.
