Can early treatment for MDS prevent progression to AML? So can early treatment for MDS prevent the progression to AML? So we don't know for sure. As I said, not all patients are the same. It depends on the biology of the disease. If somebody has a high-risk MDS, particularly low blood counts, and also they have therapy-related MDS, or if they have high-risk cytogenetics like DELICION 17 or MONOZOMY 7, or if they have TP53 mutation. We know they have a high-risk disease. I think they need to be treated sooner than later. But for low-risk disease, we don't know for sure that treating early without any symptoms is beneficial. In fact, there was an old study that showed in low-risk patients, treating early is not beneficial. So I think it depends a little bit on the stage of the disease, whether it is high-risk or low-risk, at the beginning.
