AML Awareness Day TODAY
Sometimes it begins without warning. A routine appointment. A test result. A moment that changes everything. An AML diagnosis can feel overwhelming, filled with uncertainty, difficult decisions, and questions about what comes next. This is why awareness matters. Because when patients and caregivers have access to clear information, the right resources, and a supportive community, they don’t have to face it alone. This AML Awareness Day, we honor every person navigating this experience and the strength it takes to move forward. 💛 Learn more about AML and resources that can support you: https://healthtree.org/aml/community/articles/26-aml-awareness-day?utm_source=&utm_medium=meta&utm_campaign=socialmediaorganic&utm_content=general

M-Spike % is rising
My M-Spike % a few months back began to rise from 0 beginning at: 2.7%, then 3.5, 4, 4.2, & currently at 5.3%. I'm on Dara once per month injection only. I immediately contacted my Doctor who advised me to continue thru my 6 month therapy regimen, & then meet in April. Is 5.3% considered alarmingly high? Also, how do you go about discussing changes in therapy? I've had a Stem Cell Transplant in 2021 that didn't reduce the cancer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Ken
