Pilates for Wellness: A Class for AML & MDS Patients
Join us for a beginner-friendly Pilates class specially designed for people living with acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. This gentle session will guide you through simple movements that can help improve flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. No prior experience is needed—just bring a mat or towel, wear something comfortable, and find a quiet space where you can move freely. While this class is designed to be accessible and safe, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare team before starting any new form of exercise.
