Description

Leo Rasche, MD, of University Hospital Würzburg discusses early MajesTEC-5 results with talquetamab, daratumumab and lenalidomide before stem cell transplant at IMS 2026 in Glasgow. In 20 newly diagnosed patients, the combination produced very high response and MRD-negativity rates. He explains how talquetamab's GPRC5D target may mean fewer infections than BCMA bispecifics, and the side effects patients should know about, including frequent taste loss and skin and nail changes.
