What does the future of BPD-CN treatment look like? So the future of BPD-CN treatment, I think what's most important is to highlight that there have been recent changes and advancements, and that's something we're really excited about given this is a rare orphan disease that really didn't even have a good diagnostic criteria until recently. We've seen a better understanding of how patients respond to conventional chemotherapy. We're recognizing that ALL type regimens may be superior to AML type regimens, so that's been one advance. We've seen recognition and efficacy related to Venetoclax, which has been developed for AML, but these regimens, including Venetoclax and hypomethylating agents, have been effective. And then we have the drug digrexafax, or TAG, which is approved as a single agent, but at ASH this year we're seeing a presentation of that drug in combination with ASM Venetoclax by my colleague, Dr. Andy Lane, which we're really excited about presenting that data in this really effective and importantly well tolerated regimen for patients who are older adults with this disease. There are other drugs targeting ZD123 that are in development for BPD-CN, and we hope to see further approvals in the future that we can then study more in terms of understanding the best place for those drugs.
