Etentamig for Relapsed Multiple Myeloma: New Bispecific Shows Strong Results, Low CRS | IMS 2026
Description
Peter Voorhees, MD, of Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute discusses phase 3 CERVINO results for etentamig, a new BCMA bispecific antibody, at IMS 2026 in Glasgow. In patients with at least two prior lines of therapy, etentamig improved response, progression-free survival and overall survival compared with standard treatment. He explains what makes its design different, why rates of cytokine release syndrome and neurotoxicity were low, and how less frequent dosing could help community practices use it.
