Description

Jeffrey Matous, MD, of Colorado Blood Cancer Institute discusses ramantamig, a first-in-class trispecific antibody, at IMS 2026 in Glasgow. Ramantamig directs T cells to attack two myeloma targets at once, BCMA and GPRC5D. In patients who had not received these immune therapies before, preventive tocilizumab kept cytokine release syndrome mild enough to start treatment in the clinic rather than the hospital. Response rates so far have been very high and durable.
