hi everyone, I was wondering how many of you had to get prior authorization from your insurance company before you could start treatment only to have your insurance company deny coverage for said chemo injections. I have bcbs of texas federal , they finally approved the revlimid capsule but denied the darzalex and velcade. and nobody is telling me why. Dr was supposed to have a peer to peer appeal this past Friday. and since Monday is a holiday , I am left here stewing in my own juices feeling like I have been dismissed and back burnered
