Hi, I'm new here, it's the first time I've written, I'm 51 years old and I was diagnosed 2 months ago in a preliminary way. My diagnosis is asymptomatic, I don't have bone lesions, my oncologist told me that I don't have anemia, however he prescribed me iron. He told me that since I did not have bone injuries, my pain was not associated with the diagnosis; however, I feel pain in the bones of my right arm, lower back, hips, and hands. My question is if there really shouldn't be pain as there are no injuries to the bones or is it possible that the disease causes pain for other reasons. Wishing everyone health!!!
