I am very new to MGUS, just diagnosed. I have a few questions. I've had repeat tests to confirm MGUS but the test results for my light chains seemed to have changed on my last lab report. I've typically had Lamda light chains, but with this recent lab it's showing kappa light chains and no lamda. Has anyone else experienced that? My Kappa:Lamda ratio is high also. Does anyone else here have no M spike? Thank you for sharing. I feel a bit lost at sea.
