I'm new on this chapter, in this group. 11-11'22 diagnosed with MM, I recently understood I've got not-secretory MM. Had immunotherapy; VDT but no transplantation. Got alternative treatments now and take supplements etc. Are there specific things to be aware of and to do so I could stay in remission?
