My dad has a high risk factor of 1q21 amplification, he was classified as a high risk group because B2M was over 7 and plasma cells were 80% when he diagnosis. Fortunately, it responded well to VRD and B2M levels dropped to normal range and reached m protein 0. Is anyone else doing clinical trials for CO43923? It's a clinical trial that uses both cevostamab and lenalidomide for maintenance therapy after the first transplant. There's not much information because it's phase 1b. Should we do clinical trials?
