Hello, I had D-VRD induction and ASCT. I am currently on maintenance therapy and cannot tolerate Revlimed so getting off Revlimed and starting Velcade. Has anyone used Velcade for maintenance therapy? If so, what is your experience? The video on Velcade in Healthtree's University Hub states that Velcade is used for induction and relapse with no mention of it being used in maintenance. Velcade's website says nothing about being an alternative to Revlimed for maintenance therapy. I'm very nervous that Velcade is not as effective as Revlimed when it comes to staying in remission. Any relevant experience you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
