I have high risk MM and my numbers are t(4:14) with a 1q rating. I have looked it up and I am still confused about what that means. They were going to do a SCT on the 4th cycle but the doctor will not be available until January so I will continue until January. I was handed a book a on what to expect with the SCT and it sounds horrible with no certain outcome. Anywhere from 2 to 5.5 to 8 and maybe even 10 or over. Just looking for some perspective on this situation not answers
