Hello! Newly diagnosed high risk (1q) at 34 years old in June 2023. On induction chemo for 4-6 cycles of Dara-RVD. Then Dana Farber wants to immediately do an auto stem cell transplant. The cancer is aggressive 70-80% of my bone marrow, but I have no detectable bone lesions. I am HARDCORE debating getting the SCT. Anyone else?
