Hi Everyone, I am 9 months post SCT. I have IGG Kappa MM. My Kappa number was rising slowly since Nov and was staying around 17.5 mg/L ( normal range 3.3 – 19.4 mg/L). In February I had flu and my maintenance therapy in stopped for 3 weeks. Since then Kappa are increasing and now its at 41. The Kappa/lambda ratio also went up to 2.2. Does this mean I am relapsing?
