I have relapsed and am getting very good results with Pom-Dara-dex. I've just started my 7th Cycle, with Dara now every 4 weeks. My question is about PSA screening. Last year (off therapy in remission), my PSA went over 4. After a 6 month wait, it had moved back to under 4. However, this year (while in therapy again) it went to 20.881 (quite a jump!). But a week later, it was at 7.091. My urologist said that if it was cancer, there would not be that kind of drop. We're going to test again in 3 months and determine next steps. Has anyone had these kinds of swings in PSA while on this or any other MM therapy?
