Hi Everybody, I had my second ASC last April but my lambda light chains are climbing again. Jenssen’s CARVYKTI CAR T therapy has just been approved in the UK at 5 private hospitals. My consultant has suggested I think about having this therapy whilst still in early stages of relapse. Whilst I’m grateful for the opportunity, I’m concerned about the side effects and long term outcomes as this is a second generation treatment. Has anyone else had this treatment and was it effective?
