Hi all, diagnosed at 58 had ASCT in early 2020. Have been on maintenance since-roughly 6 years. Am not “definitively MRD negative “. Curious has anyone been on lenalidomide maintenance much longer than me? Have you had any noticeable side effects from long term treatment? I am currently having no real issues (that I know of)with the med but am starting to question whether I should continue or consider a lower dosage. There doesn’t seem to be any long term studies on long term usage. Thank you in advance
