Diagnosed Mgus IgGkappa with 0.05 mspike 6/23 . All markers in normal range as of 5/24. 70 on 7/31/24 other then this M spike excellent health no medications, been seeing intern once yr. Hematologist once to just wait and watch mgus markers. Asking for any other proactive treatment, specail diet, other actions to be doing now to reduce m spike and possibly of progression to myeloma??
