Kappa light chain
I was diagnoses July 24 with stage 3 and elevated lamba light chain (105), post BMT and on maintaince since. Last week my kappa light chains went up from 5 to 24. Anyone know if MM can switch from lamba to kappa and is a tripling an early sign of progression?
